We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, only to physical mailing addresses.

Shipping Options

All orders are fully insured. We use UPS ground shipment on most larger size orders and USPS parcel post on smaller items. Be sure to include your physical mailing address because UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes. Contact us for rates on expedited shipments, (Next day air, 2 day air, etc.). 7% Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within North Carolina.

Return Policy

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any item to us. Contact us to obtain a RA number. No item will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Freight Damage

All orders are insured and we inspect all items before shipping to make sure everything is satisfactory. We also pack items the best way possible to minimize damage. Freight damage is an inconvenience both to you and to us and we do our best to avoid it. Once you receive you shipment, please inspect all items. If an item is damaged during shipping contact us immediately via Email. We will issue a claim with the carrier and arrange for an inspection or pickup of the damaged item. Save all packing material for inspection. Once a damage claim has been approved by the carrier, we will either ship another item to you or refund your total purchase price including shipping.
